The job seeking world has been turned upside down. We’ve been getting non-stop messages from highly qualified candidates looking for new roles, applying for days, weeks and months without a ton of luck. We’ve seen AI tools turn down fantastic candidates because of keyword issues or hallucinations, And AI Auto apply tools completely ruin the hiring manager experience.

But…

I think there’s an opportunity here. I personally know how hard it is to find quality recruiters in the accounting and finance space. I also know how hard it is to find them! Because you’re so specialized, maybe regionally focused, it’s hard as a candidate to know who does what.

I’m here to make that process easier, for both the candidate, and you.

My goal: Collaboration over competition

To connect quality candidates to top-tier recruiters who have skin in the acc/fin game. This includes interim / augmented roles, full-time gigs, to remote positions. We have candidates reaching out from all over the world. It’s my job to qualify them, get their information parsed out and create a seamless, searchable experience for the recruiting partner.

Hiring managers and recruiters will have access to this database, it will be free for now.

We’re also building a directory of agencies to promote on our site and our paying customers will have full access to promote their agency/services, access our job board, and get priority access to talent. We’re also building features for lead gen to help get qualified leads in front of recruiters.

Our early adopters will have heavily discounted pricing. I promise you that. This has been a humbling experience building Audit Friendly and I value those individuals that have given us the time in the early days for feedback, trial runs and just solid industry advice.

What you won’t see on the website:

The candidates will never show up on our website - these will only be sent to subscribers via email. You must have access to see the candidate profiles, resumes and candidate summaries.

We will be sharing premium datapoints, tools and resources for our subscribers to read. These will be visible and accessible to everyone. We encourage you to check them out as we enter into a more automation and AI heavy world. We won’t share anything that we wouldn’t use ourselves.
